A 1930s semi detached house was partially demolished and a large basement extension was formed by Strong Base Construction.
The Fairway Partnership acquired a moderately sized semi-detached house in Castelnau, Barnes, south-west London. Their objective was to remodel the house, build a large extension and a new basement.
The house was then re-built and completely re-furbished to provide a luxury 6 double bedroom home.
