Transforming a Derelict Chapel in London into nine saleable residential units
Its objective was to convert the site and build modern, high performance residential units It is situated in a conservation area and had planning limitations due to the buildings historic facade. The site was also infested with Japanese knotweed. This made it an exceptionally difficult project to oversee but one that was ultimately successfully managed by Strong Base Construction.
