This new build project involved the construction of a two storey detached residential building with roof space accommodation comprising of five self-contained residential flats with associated car parking, cycle parking, refuse facilities and amenity spaces including landscaping and new vehicle access.

The kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets and stairs are bespoke and made by Strong Base Carpentry and Joinery Ltd
